We now have two custom built studios, our Hot Yoga studio and our new Barre & Pilates Studio.

Infinity offers you a chance to create a body and mind that are free of pain, that are strong and balanced, within a system of classes that are designed and scheduled to fit in with your life.

Led by our wonderful team of instructors , we guide you safely through every session, leaving you feeling relaxed and revitalised.

We are open 7 days a week. Choose from a range of hot yoga and barre classes for all levels including hot yoga for beginners. Our range of classes are designed to help you build awareness, flexibility and strength, to help you to relax and unwind, or if your body needs to recover from exercise or competition.
