Led by our wonderful team of hot yoga instructors and recovery room coaches, we guide you safely through every session, leaving you feeling relaxed and revitalised.

Infinity was founded in 2016, inspired by our own yoga practice and a desire to create a happy and relaxing space to support your wellness journey. We are a leading centre for wellness in the Maynooth, Kildare and Dublin area, with a hot yoga studio and sports recovery room under the one roof where you can experience all the benefits of hot yoga classes and recovery sessions. With our unique coached approach, the Infinity team will guide you to get the very best from our facilities and your practice. Reach your wellness goals and have fun while doing it. WHAT WE DO
We are open 7 days a week. Choose from a range of hot yoga classes for all levels including hot yoga for beginners, wellness packages, and recovery room sessions to help you to relax and unwind, or if your body needs to recover from exercise or competition. The good news is our services are suitable for clients of all levels. You don’t have to be any kind of athlete to enjoy the benefits of our Recovery Room!
