WHO WE ARE
Welcome to Infinity, a community and education-focused yoga studio in Maynooth, County Kildare, Ireland, offering hot yoga in a purpose built hot yoga studio.
Infinity was founded in 2016, by Mitch Bohan and Bridget Lawlor, who have each been practicing yoga for over a decade.
After seeing the benefits of hot yoga in our own lives, we had a vision to create a clean and inviting space where we could share our philosophy for happier and more fulfilling hot yoga practice.
Infinity is now more than just yoga – it’s a complete wellness experience to enhance your practice and guide you to your best self in a uniquely happy and relaxed environment.
OUR ETHOS
Infinity is a space for you, we exist for you and because of you, infinity is a place where you can let go, surrender, a space where you can create freedom in your body and mind. We believe that Infinity is for everyone, regardless of shape, age, gender, and level.
Our space offers you a chance to awaken a desire to live a truer, better life, in a body and mind that is free of pain, that is strong and balanced, within a system that is in line with the laws of nature and the ebb and flow of life.
The Infinity experience is one of community and connection – a place where everyone knows your name. We believe that our space can connect people both with themselves and others through an open-ended exploration of the self.

Mitch and Bridget are joined at Infinity by a talented team of professional yoga instructors. Our Hot Yoga studio is open to anyone interested in enhancing their personal well-being. What makes us different is our personal approach, guiding you to get the best out of your practice and our facilities.
